| Dr. Robert C. Brown, President of Arkansas Tech University, has established an Emergency Preparedness Task Force to guide development and implementation of the necessary level of preparedness for all emergencies and disasters that pose a risk to the university. The Task Force is initially focusing on development of an Emergency Operations Plan. This all-hazards plan is addressing campus emergency and disaster situations and will set forth the authorities and policy for emergency operations activation, personnel assignments and responsibilities, and the operational procedures to be enabled
